Rarely do I put pen to paper, but I really felt in necessary to write and say thank you for the amazing service we have received from Napier James during the sale of our house.
Thanks to you, we are now safely moved into our new home and very happy.
From day one, dealing with yourselves has been a professional, knowledgeable and above all pleasurable experience:
You were the only Henley estate agent to value our house correctly (all the others were significantly less and said we’d never sell at that level) and yet first day of marketing and you had four couples through the door – three of which then placed an asking price offer. It was sold by 3pm to a cash buyer. Amazing. Your knowledge and active approach clearly shone through.
But this was nothing compared to the service you gave us in seeing our sale through; coordinating everything with our solicitor – we didn't have to worry about a thing. You also managed to keep our buyer interested whilst we looked for, and lost, two houses. And then when we did manage to find another house you also handled the entire chain for us, including the bits the estate agent we bought through was supposed to be doing (but wasn't!). I don’t think a day went by without an update.
So, thank you Andrew and Napier James, I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone in the local area.
